Project Leads by Industry:

Understanding the distribution of project leads by industry helps to identify economic trends and sectoral growth patterns. We submitted to many leads within the manufacturing industry, agricultural industry, data centers, warehousing, and call centers. WVPA communities received 30 leads in the manufacturing industry. This popularity of manufacturing projects in the third quarter reflects what WVPA experienced in the first half of the year. The number of data center leads was second in frequency, but these projects led direct outreach from site selectors and companies directly to WVPA.

Acreage & Building Requirements

Project leads vary significantly based on the acreage requirements, reflecting different types of developments and their spatial needs. In the third quarter, the most requested acreage size was 100+ acres.

The scale of buildings required for projects provides insight into the nature and scope of these developments. In the third quarter, the most submitted building size requirement was between 0 to 100,000 SF.
